What

Our Legacy of Learning Fundraiser is a night for our entire community to celebrate Joliet’s rich history and promising future, while raising money toward the Joliet Montessori School Annual Fund.

Throughout the evening, connect with friends new and old while enjoying hors d’oeuvres and drinks on the rooftop deck…

bidding on luxury and everyday items in our silent auction

trying your luck in our split-the-pot raffle – winner takes half!...

and full access to all museum exhibits. 

Why

For 53 years, Joliet Montessori School has been a quiet, not-for-profit backbone of civic spirit in our community, working to teach children how to think independently, to explore their world, and to give back to their communities in meaningful ways. And we walk the talk – our students regularly complete community service, while also running two companies that support local business owners. Plus, our families live, work and volunteer across the greater Joliet area.

Proceeds from our Legacy of Learning Community Fundraiser will allow us to continue nurturing the next generation of community leaders in the greater Joliet area for years to come.

What we're looking for...

In the past our most popular items for raffle and silent auctions baskets have been sports & theater tickets, Airbnb rentals or hotel stays, airline miles, gift certificates to upscale dining in the area, and so forth. If you have some other unique ideas though we would love to hear them.

Our silent auction baskets are generally valued around $500, but it's fun to pair items together so don't feel like your item needs to stand-alone. Please complete the form below to give us a little more information about your item(s) and we'll be in touch asap.
